I can't say enough about water!
In an attempt to increase EWCM I made sure I was drinking enough water. I kept up with 1-2 cups of green tea and included some unsweetened white grapefruit juice as I had before. But, this month I made a very concious effort to really drink enough water. I set the goal of a minimum of 1 liter per day and it has worked! Now if the OPK would just turn posititve! I'm on CD 15, so I know I probably have another 2 or 3 days based on my cycle history!
