I can't stop eating this week!!!!
  I don't know if it's because it's the time of the month or what, although I'm usually not like this. I am absolutely ravenous - I'm starving all the time and have definitely put on weight this week. I do not want to weigh in tomorrow morning because there is definitely going to be a big gain
Anyone else get like this at that time?

I'm right there with you. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me this week and then this afternoon AF came to town!!! A week early so I thought I was losing my mind!!!

I've had a horrible week too. Totally emotional. I am dreading my meeting Saturday but I am making myself go.

Yeah - well I ate, and ate, and ate - and now I paid - weighed in this morning - gained 3.5 - I'm miserable

Thanks ladies - I'm so glad we all have each other - you always know how to make me feel better - my thighs don't feel better - lol - but thanks!
BTW - Rose - I do it myself - so it's not like I weigh in at a meeting - but I made myself officially weigh in - lol!

I agree. It's so easy to pretend we didn't do any damage and not face the scale but accountability is what it's all about.
I'm sure a lot of it is water weight too and it will be off in no time.
Trust me I'll be right there with you when I WI tomorrow. It's not going to be pretty. This week has been super bad for me, I don't even think working out covered the calories.

It's nice to know that other people do this too... i just completely went nuts on some chips and dip when i got home from work tonight... i had a breakdown and just couldnt help myself...

same thing. In the past few days I also have been eating non-stop. First nerves, then I think AF related. Just realized I havent weighed myself since Thursday AM when I usually weigh twice a day. You just inspired me to to weigh myself, not as bad as I expected and I think this will help me get back on track.
