I caught a nice cold...its not a cold...(update at bottom)
I am freezing, i have a sorethroat my voice is almost gone and i cant stop coughing and when i cough its hurts ... like it burns.i am just laying around and resting, i was fine earlier and all of a sudden this all came upon me like a mac truck hit me.

I'm just getting over a sinus infection. It suked.
Get to the doc..I got some antibiotics..really helped.
Also a cold air humidifier. It sounds wrong but the cold wet air is better than the warm wet air.

feel better.
I second drinking lots of tea, that seemed to help me and calm me down when I had my sinus infection last month.
IF you are not feeling better by tuesday, I would get into the doc, as you may need antibiotics!

I am currently suffering a sinus infection. It came out of nowhere. usually when i get sick i get some warning. Not this time.

feel better ro! what also might help is sitting in the bathroom with the shower running... when kryssy's asthma acts up and she get the cough like that it always helps

 omg you got me laughing, i am going to the doctor today, i have a 11am appointment so we will see what is wrong with me... maybe a upper respiratory infection i get them way to much neenie. thanks again ladies.

I had the same thing a few weeks ago and I was sick for a good 3 weeks! I hope you feel better!! Hopefully you got a good codeine cough syrup That did the trick for me! hahah

I am on zpak, allegra, and a inhaler.i never took allergra before and my doctor said i would be fine with that, i have bad allergies...haha.thank you ladies.
