i would 100% call in. You are NOT well and your job has to understand.
I understand where you are coming from - i had spinal surgery after being with my job for less 3 months....
all you can do is call out - as you are supposed to and eventually prove to them that you are serious about your job, etc...

i would DEFINITELY stay home. a job is a job. but your baby is your family. you can always get another job. not so easy to just get another baby. take it as God trying to tell you to take a day off! hope you feel better soon!

thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart!... I called my job tonight at 9pm. For tomorrow at 7pm. the supervisor who answered was the one who sent me to the erlastnight so i was glad to be speaking to her. she siad i hope your not calling to call out. i said well unfortunitaly i have to. ive been told i need to be out a week. i have alreayd faxed you the doctors note. She said well im glad everything is ok. do whats best for you. i told her that if all was well i would be back on monday night for my shift. if not i would call on sunday. because the drs. note has be out till thursday if need be. but i figured by then i would just play it by ear!!!!

Call in sick. Seriously its better to be safe then sorry i had that almost 3 weeks ago, and i then worked the whole weekend and the pain got worse. And now here i am on bedrest for the rest of my pregnancy. Listen to your body.

I had this EXACT thing happen to me with my son. They called it a threatened abortion, had me hysterical thinking the worst..but all was ok. Hang in there..its scary, but chances are all will be fine!!!!!
