I cut my dog while giving him a hair cut..what can I apply?

I knicked my dogs leg while shaving him...hes not bleeding but the skin did come off a bit Is there anything I can put on it like neosporin?

Yes. When the groomer cut my dog's ear (it was bleeding), I called the vet and he said I could use a dab of neosporin. Thing is my dog could not lick his ear. So if you want to put it, only put a tiny tiny bit and rub it in, and watch your dog for a while so he cant lick it.

Also I was told do NOT apply straight peroxide to clean it. That can damage the skin. If you must cleanse it, you have to use a water/peroxide mixture so it's not as harsh.
