I dont feel like I'm losing
I've been doing weight watchers for 2 weeks now. Sticking to it, eating only my 29 points each day, tracking, etc. My first week I lost 2lbs. and was thrilled, but by yesterday I weighed myself and I've gained it back How can this be?? I've been SO good with my eating habits!
I know I'm only 2 weeks in and I shouldnt let it discourage me, but I'm really disappointed.

What time of day did you weigh yourself? Was it first thing in the morning?

I always weigh myself in the evening. I kind of feel like it's more accurate since I have some food in me. Am I wrong?

Re: I dont feel like I'm losing
There's no right or wrong time to weigh yourself- as long as its the same time, every time.
Don't worry about it too much. On any given day your weight can fluctuate. My weight has been known to fluctuate up to 5lbs within a week period. There are so many factors: how long ago you ate, amount of sodium, excercise, AF, etc.

That could be water weigh assoc w/your cycle. Don't give up, try putting lemon in your water- it's a great diuretic!

ITA! I just think your best time to weigh yourself is in the morning when you wake up, before you eat and to be in your birthday suit. By the afternoon it varies on what you have eaten through the day and etc.

Re: I dont feel like I'm losing
The same thing is happening to me! I've been eating really well & working out extra the past 10 days & the scale has gone up! It's very discouraging! I'm sure it's normal though.... and sticking with it & the weight will come off!
