I don't know if anyone knows, but... (salary ?)
Our website says our new contract takes effect 7/1... Does that mean I'll see my pay increase in my July check, or not until my September check.

i would think it would be the new salary paycheck for the 07/08 year. i get paid over 10 months, while it seems that you get paid over 12 months. therefore, your salary is spread out over 12 months, but it's still the 06/07 salary.
check your contract. it will state it there

I was thinking the same thing. I think you're really just getting the rest of your 06/07 salary. I would think if you did summer school or something, that would reflect the rate increase.
