I think that pathetic excuse for a human being should be charged with attempted murder, not assault! I feel really bad that the dog is going to be put down though, not the dog's fault - the guy threw him in the room!

I think he should have been locked in the room with a dozen mauling dogs !! But im sure he will get his in jail
