I don't know why
I have been lurking for a while and trying to learn all I can. Just came of bcp. We aren't really trying yet ....but I didn't expect to be SO sad that I am not pregnant this month. AF isn't due till 10/3 but I'm already "spotting". I don't know if I'm ready for this roller coaster of emotions each month..

Do you normally spot before AF?
Do you know when you ovulated?

I don't know because I just came off bcp...I had the surge line on the ovulation thing on 9/16 does that mean I o'd on 9/16?

That means your probably O'd on 9/17 or 9/18 - Which means you're probably only 11 or 12 dpo.
It would be on the later side for implantation bleeding, but that's still a possibility!
