I don't want to ruin the surprise for my friends Bridal Shower but...
I can't make her shower but want to order something from her registry online and ship it to her. Do I send it after the shower to not ruin the surprise?? What's protocal?

can you send it to her mother's house? or whoever is throwing her the shower?
Good idea. Then she'll be able to open the gift at her shower even though I won't be there.

i had lots of people do that, it was so nice to be able to open their gifts even though they weren't there - it showed that they really cared, i think!
definitely a good idea

I would either ship it to family or have it shipped to her a day or two after the shower.

I wish my In-laws shipped to my Mom's house for my baby shower. Instead they shipped it to me and now want me to take pictures of the gifts and pass them around at the shower or announce to everyone what they bought for me.
So yeah... Ship it to her Mom's or... send it after.
