I feel awful.....

I started to feel really sick and queasy on Saturday night...and it lasted through all of Sunday and into today!
I even took off of work today to get some rest...

Any suggestions to help?

Water and crackers sweetie... how far along are you?

If you can, try walking too (with water in hand to drink!!!) believe it or not, it will help

I'm 11 weeks today....and it's been getting worse the further along I get.

just keep eating. that is what i am doing. and drinking fluids helps a lot.

Yuck, it will pass. I agree with the walking, and water, it will help. Try not to lay around, that made it worse for me, as hard as it is to get up and moving, it helped. Also- cold foods, like sherbert and Italian ice help. Add lemon to EVERYTHING- that kept many a meal down. Then there are good old carbs- bagels mashed potatoes and bread.

Avoid veggies, but eat lots of fruit, citrus is great as long as it doesn't give you heart burn.
