I feel godd about my diet this time
I actually feel like its gonna work
I usually go on a diet and then DH will want to go out to dinner then I blow it and then say well I already cheated so I eat like a pig for the next 2 months
well this time I decided that I will allow myself 1 meal a week to go to dinner with my family and not count calories
so thats what I did and I came home and went right back to healthy eating

That's great!! You don't feel deprived and since it's a plan it's not a cheat so there's no guilt!
