I feel guilty for missing my gram so much

I miss my "gram" so much.

Its been a little over a week and instead of it getting better, its getting worse. Reality is setting in and the more the days pass, the more I miss the sound of her voice, her smile and just her being here with us.

Sometimes I feel guilty because she was suffering towards the end and I know she is in a better place. She was 95 and lived a full life and I know other people have it worse..but I just cant get over the fact that my grandmother is truly gone.

Tonight my mom and sister went to see Kelly Clarkson, to get them out of the house. I (like a jerk) told my mom I would go sit with my grandmother (she lived with them and couldnt be left alone, so I would do this often) while they went out. I couldnt get the words back in my mouth fast enough. I felt so bad but I just cant get it in my head that she is gone forever.
