I feel horrible!
I had to tell mngmnt on a woman who is like 80 
I gave her about 9 packets for people that were accepted into our program and the only way we get paid is if those packets are accepted....She never sent them out...she forgot! I thought I was gonna die for her! I feel so bad. She cost the company about 50k for the next 3 weeks.
