I feel horrible.. I havent been taking DHA this last 2 weeks
I know this is horrible i ran out and since i cant go anywhere due to strict bed rest i havent gont to get it and dh has been working CRAZY hours. 12 hours shifts 7 days in a row for the last 2 weeks. Im gonna do my best to go tomorrow do you think this is horrible?

Not at all. I didn't take it for several months bc of m/s. I later discovered one that doesn't taste like fish, and have been taking it ever since.

I try to get as much natural dha from food as possible, I havent taken it in pill form. I might start though.

I wouldn't worry. Plenty of people don't take it at all, and until relatively recently, I don't think anybody expecting took it.

I took it once and got the fish burps so bad I was dry heaving all day. THen I switched evening primrose and flax seed.... and I got the runs so bad I thought I would die.
I am going to try it again in a few days.. but, I might be done with it So don't worry. It's fine.
