I feel like a little piggy!!-UPdated- I AM A LITTLE PIGGY!!
For the last 2 weeks I have been a bottomless pit wanting the most greasy, fatty, not good for you foods. I am about 6.5 weeks and morning sickness has def kicked in this week, but when I feel fine down goes a 1/2 medium pizza! Yes, that was yesterday's lunch. Today was a 1/2 cheeseburger, grilled cheese and bag of cheetos. I can't stay away from the cheesy things! The funny thing is that pre-PG, I was a healthy salad, grilled chicken, non chip eating, exercising person.
I have gained about 4-5 lbs already, got on the scale on monday, who knows how much that increased already since then.
I just don't want healthy things to eat. The only heathly things i eat are yogurt, cheese, cereal and water (that's fading quick).
I don't want to gain too much weight, but nothing else seem appetizing right now, ANy advice? Anyone else become a junk food junkie? I don't want to put myself on a diet, but I have no clue where to start! I am soo scared of gaining too much weight!

I am the same way. I would never even eat lunch and now I am hungry all the time and was the 1st sign i knew i was preggo. I usually eat salads, tons of vegetables and now all I want is french fries and onon rings, I never would eat that before I was pregnant.. it is insane, I do not wantt to gain too much weight too fast so I know this has to stop.

Wow, I was also the same way. At 6 weeks all I wanted was fries and a chicken fajita and McDonalds. I WOULD never eat like that prior to being preggo. The only thing that is good is that I only eat very little of everything. I will eat a couple of fries and eat half the fajita and feel full.
I am just going with it.

As I sit here scarffing down Skittles- allow me to join in. I am in week 9 and having the exact same feelings. I have had McDOnalds more in the last month than I had in the last 6 months. It is starting to calm down, but every day I struggle with what to have for lunch. I am better for Breakfast and dinner when I am home, but when I'm out- I only want the bad stuff.

I am the same way - was eating a bit unhealthy - but that has decreased now because the junk foods was getting me too bloated and gassy - and i just hated the feeling.
Plus - pregnancy caused constipation (sorry tmi) - so i Had to have my veggies and fruits - even though i wasn't a frequent eater of them at first.
I always get the urge for McD's and WENDYS's (I love it) - i just try to eat it in moderation now.

OMG!! That's exactly me!! I am really good for breakfast and dinner, but lunch at work oh boy it's on!! I snack sometimes at night on crackers or cereal to keep the queasies away. At work it's french fries, cheeseburgers, chips, cheese doodles, pizza. What makes me laugh inside is that I have a perfectly heathly lunch in fridge I bring to work with me to eat and I buy lunch anyway cause by lunchtime my healthy lunch seems soo YIck!

I hear ya!!! Im at week 14 and all I want is food!!! not junk not chips etc...but food food my big thing is chicken fingers and french fries before i got pregnant i was on atkins and lost 20lbs, and lets just say i think it has found me

Ok, now I feel even worse, I prob shouldn't have done this but I gained another 2 lbs!! Grand total gain for a 3-4 week period 7 LBS!! HOLY MOLY!! I gained an inch on my thighs, and inch and 1/2 on my stomach and hips. I keep going like this, I am not going to fit into my regular clothes at all I am soo sad now...maybe that will snap into healthy food land :(
Anyone know how many calories a 5'3" preggo should be eating? I weighed 121 at before my BFP, now I am at almost 129. THis is not good...I don't want to lose weight, I just don't want to gain anymore until I am suppose too.

I am the same way,.....I eat alot of precooked chicken from Tyson and french fries, very little veggies and fruit, but I try to squeeze it in where I can. Like I'll cut up a peach and eat it with cool whip.
So far...weight gain was 6 lbs at 15 weeks...I go again on monday. I have days on end where I eat ice cream every night, sometimes I down half a bag of chips

At 9 weeks I don't really enjoy food as much as I use to especially when it comes to lunch. I dont know what to eat anymore. It's fustrating because I don't like the way beef tastes anymore but the smell of a good cheeseburger is so appitzing till I take that first bite.

I was the same way in the beginning. I would have 2 breakfasts every morning and everything that went in my mouth was carbs. It was the only way I could keep the MS away. Once I got to 13 weeks, I started eating normally again. Don't worry you will too.
