I feel like such a jerk!
DS is sick again and I still dropped him off at my sisters and she watches other kids. I have no one else to watch him.

Listen, all our kids get colds and such...if I kept DD home every time she had a cold, I'd be fired...

I am not sure I would bring him to a sitter with a fever but you do what you gotta do. I guess I would say to you, put the shoe on the other foot. How would YOU feel if another mommy brought her sick child to daycare?

I totally feel your pain. DH's cousin watches DS for us and I had to bring him to her house last week with an ear infection and fever as well. It's so hard to be a working mommy... Please don't beat yourself up. We are doing what we have to do to be the best we can be and provide all we can provide for our DCs....

That is why I feel like a jerk. I used to work in daycare and couldn't stand when parents brought their kids in sick and I am doing it. His last virus he had a fever for 10 days.

Don't beat yourself up. I am sure it happens all the time---and worse stuff---with other parents.
