I feel so intimidated....
A job has crossed my path...and the description is exactly what I have experience in. I am just feeling really intimidated since I have only worked in my field for the past 7 years at my current company....with numerous promotions. What if I don't "talk the talk" as well as I think I do?

Don't sell yourself short. You will never know unless you try and apply. Besides, 7 years at ONE company looks great----it shows a potential company that you have dedication and are not a job hopper.
Also, many companies like people with less experience, because they can train them how THEY want them to be trained.
Sometimes people who have worked in a field for awhile, or with a lot of different companies are quite jaded, or a know-it-all.
