I feel ugly
I swear, since I started all this medicine (provera, clomid), I have been breaking out horribly and have gained a few pounds (about 3-4) of bloat. I just feel so unattractive and feel like all of this is really taking a toll on me physically.
MrsMessina (Shannon) - I think you posted something similar the other day. I can't find your post though. Have you done anything to make yourself feel better? Any advice?

Re: I feel ugly
Awww sweetie I hear ya. Yes, I did break out- and I felt the same as you. Today I went for a massage and I have to say it did WONDERS for me I felt like a new person after it. I've also been treating myself more (or DH more so than me actually) to my favorite restaurant and a few evenings out, etc... plus i've been going for ice cream more--- Not the best answers, but they work
ETA: Drinking lots of water should help w/ the bloat eventually

Re: I feel ugly
My skin has never been so bad since I started fertility meds. It finally cleared up because I got a sun burn over the weekend. At this point I will take the sun damage over the zits. I have been trying to do things to make myself look better like getting nails done and haircut.

Re: I feel ugly
When I was stimming last cycle drinking lots of water and excercise did wonders for me. Even though I had no energy, I forced myself

I was hoping for a sunburn too to help clear up my face! How horrible!! I just hate feeling like one big pimple because of all this medication!!! We have enough to deal with emotionally/physically with IF, why do we need the added stress of pimples?!

Re: I feel ugly
I am breaking out too. Today I got a HUGE zit on my chin and my chest started breaking out.
I like Shannon's ice cream remedy. 31 cent night at baskin robbins tonight!
Feel better, sweetie!

Re: I feel ugly
Me too. Though I started wearing make up again (to hid the zits, I mean i'm 40, I didn't have zits in my teens). Got my hair cut, highlighted (though I wanted to be lighter...heading to blond...I do this, cut, lighten then don't want that and let it grow and back to brown).
I cannot get myself motivated to work out. Its been hard since I quit my city job and moved out to the country (eastern LI) and I work out of my home. The skinny girls in NYC used to motivate me. Maybe i should hang a photo of them on my frig or something. I keep using the excuse (for over 2 years and 15lbs later) that I'm TCC what is the point.
