I FINALLY budged past my plateau
Fine, fine, only by .5lbs, but I'll take it  I just have to deal with the fact that now that I'm in the lower 130s it's going to take MUCH more time for the weight to come off. As long as I keep doing what I'm doing, eventually I'll get there, right?
