I FINALLY Closed today!
It went really smooth and only took an hour and a half and our closing costs were less than we expected!
We don't take possession until 5/4, so it doesn't feel real yet, but I am glad it's over!
Thank you for all of the advice

Thanks everyone! I have some in an album when we were there for the inpsection.
We are moving from a one bedroom into a house, so it's going to take awhile to furnish it, but I will post "afters" as they are ready.
