I finally found a GOOD cleaning lady if anyone needs recommendations
She asked me to pass her info along. She has been my MIL's cleaning lady for over 15 years but only worked in Brooklyn for all these years, work has been slow for her lately with the economy so she's now coming to me every two weeks!!! I LOVE her, I swear I've had 3 ppl cleaning my house and they haven't done as good of a job as she does. She will do whatever you ask of her, laundry, put it away, fold it etc....
I'm in Merrick and she doesn't want to go too far around this area since she'll be taking the LIRR back to BK.
Let me know if anyone needs her info!!!

Would she come to Lynbrook? Im in walking distance to the LIRR- Centre Avenue Stop tho not the lynbrook stop.

I would probably drive her to you, bc what she wants to do is do like two houses in one day so after she's done with me I'd take her to the next place...so Lynbrook isn't too bad...she essentially wants to make it worth her while for the LIRR train ticket if that makes sense

I don't know her price bc she doesn't charge by hour she charges by size of house, so for me a large splanch every two weeks she's charging me 80 bucks which I found to be very reasonable bc I've gotten quotes at least 10-20 bucks higher from a group of 3 women etc....
I would be driving her to her next cleaning appt bc she essentially wants to make the trip on the LIRR worth her while if that makes sense!
I think she would ask if you can take her to the nearest LIRR train station when she's done!!!
