I finally joined Pinterest, but now I don't know how to use it! Help.

After seeing all the posts I decided to take the plunge and join pinterest.

I set up my account today but after browsing the site, I still don't really know how to find things. I still haven't pinned anything.

How do you find things you like?

ETA: And how do you find people to follow?

I somehow started following all these people when I signed up (don't know how it happened) so then I clicked unfollow to all. Now I follow no one. Help.

I'm easy to please. I like everything.

But, you can search through your followers boards and pin things you like. I also like to browse through "popular" pins or by category by clicking the arrow next to "everything". From that list, I like food and recipes, beauty, and DIY/crafts. You can also try searching for something specific in the search box, but I don't find the search function to be all that great. That's really my only complaint with pinterest. And people who just pin pictures of things without linking it to a site with a how to/where to buy.

You can follow me if you want. FM me. It took me a while to figure out how to do it.... Once I got the pinterest button it made it much easier.

I pinterest mostly fitness articles and motivation, but I also do funny pictures, and things I hope to buy someday - fashion and makeup, but that has only a few pics on there.

I find a lot of people repinning stuff I pin, so I must be doing something right!
