I finished the Wilton Course 2 (pics!)
Each week we made flowers out of royal icing, and put them on our final cake, which we decorated with a basket weave.
The birds are made out of colorflow.

Beth it looks great!! They don't teach colorflow in Wilton 2 here on LI.

Really? That's strange. I thought all the courses were the same. It's a cute technique, but I think most of the things done with colorflow can also be done with fondant. Once I learn fondant I probably won't use colorflow again.

Course 2 is FUN! Very relaxing just sitting there making flowers. I recommend buying a bead box to put your flowers in once they dry. I got one at Michaels in the bead section.

At Michael's craft store. I live in MD, so I took it at a store near me. But Kimbalina lives in NY and is taking it at a Michael's store. I'm not sure which one.
