I forgot about my sons appointment for his physical!
Do you know how long I needed to wait for it? 
I hope I have everything I need for school!!
I cant believe I did that!

Oh man... that stinks :( 
My son's just had his birthday recently- His 6 yr appointment/physical has to be about 2 weeks after school starts because of our insurance- it has to be a year after the last physical. The school nurse said that as long as I had an appointment made to get the physical, it would be okay. I just turned in the paperwork the day after.

You should be fine if you have a scheduled appointment. My DC's appointment is 9/28 and he starts school on 9/13.
Our insurance only covers 1 yearly visit and it has to be one year apart
