I got a call back for a 3rd interview tomorrow!!!! ***UPDATE***
Please wish me luck! I have a VERY good feeling about this, especially given the way the lady I met with has been speaking. She flat out told me she wanted to chari person to make a decision so that they could move forward with the background check, and also told me what she wanted to pay me, and said she hadn't scheduled the other person for the interview because she wants me. Do you think I have a shot?

UPDATE:
I got the job!!!!! BUT I still have to have a background check etc done. I'm not worried about that, but you just never know.
