I got a surge today
I am so happy - I thought I missed my surge somehow because I am on CD18 but I just got it today. I took it twice so I think we are good to go.

You are not dumb at all - I'm still trying to figure out how this all works.
It means that I will be ovulating within the next 24-48 hours.
