Pre-admission paperwork to fill out, birth certificate paperwork to fill out... just explains where to go etc... what happens while in the hospital.

I got mine already as well. I got it when i was like 17 weeks. I am giving birth at NYU Hospital in Manhattan.

I was going to post something similar, my doctor gave me the paperwork at like 12 weeks.
