I got the transfirmer .. .
and I am previewing the first video before I do it, so I am laying in bed (about to go get ready to go to class) on the laptop and watching the sculpting DVD 
It seems like a good work out form what I see and it doesn't look too hard in terms of the moves.
I will probably start tomorrow morning- I can't wait!

yay! Let us know how you like it. The sculpting is a good one to start with. I also love the Jiggle Free series. I bought Jiggle Free Arms separately, it's also great.

Is it called "The Firm"? I saw a set at Target on sale for $50 that came with a bench, but I wasn't sure if that was 'the transfirmer'....

I think that is it, I just don't know what the Target package includes . . . I know mine came with a bonus dvd . . . .
