I got this at my w.w. meeting this morning
Apple pie smoothie
1 pkg w.w. Vanilla smoothie
1/3 cup apple pie filling
1tsp cinnamon
3/4-1 cup water
6-8 ice cubes
3 points. If no sugar added pie filling, 1 point
Mock "bananas Foster:
1 banana split, lengthwise
1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp sugar free maple syrup
6 almonds, chopped
5 points. Also fruit & milk
