I guess I drive like an old lady

Tonight I'm on my way home from seeing my family in Suffolk and I'm seeing people fly by me. Now for some reason I always get kind of creeped out driving the Meadowbrook south past Freeport in the dark - so I'm doing about 55 and this State Trooper FLIES by me probably doing 75 and scared the you know what out of me. So then I get on the Loop Parkway and I'm doing 50 - and I see the Trooper that flew by me put the lights on and pull someone over. Just after that I hear a terrible screeching noise. This car swerves from behind me out of control back and fourth - my heart is beating out of my chest. He must of came behind me at 80 miles an hour.

Anyway I guess I need to speed up - I just hate night driving.

OMG I hear you!
I was driving on S.State last night (early this AM actually) and I hate driving at night as well!
Promised DH I'd be the Designated Driver.
Anyway, Im doing 60 and cars are whizzing past me. All of the sudden, the car in front of me goes to the right lane, backk to my lane. I
thought, ok, he's on the phone or dwi.
I wait a few secs. and pass him. Wanted to get out of his way. I look in my rearview mirror and again he's swerving from middle to right lane! I hope a trooper caught him. I know I shouldve called 911 anonymously, but I just wanted to go! Of course, I do regret it today big time because I am SOOO against DWI!

People are NUTS on the road!! I don't care, they can just go around me. I really must look like an old lady LOL because I drive a caddy!

People drive like nuts sometimes but also driving too slow on the parkway can be just as dangerous. Maybe put your hazard lights on next time if you want to slow down? Just so people know you're moving slower?

People drive crazy! IMO..dont drive too fast...I tried that and I just got a speeding ticket So now I drive 60 in the right hand lane and try to ignore everyone flying by me at 80 or 90...its crazy!!!!!
