I guess my OB is a comedian. . .
I asked today if 15 lbs in almost 26 weeks was normal. And he said its within range but what am I eating? SO I said, I eat small meals every two hours, LOTS of fruit and very healthy and every night I have a small treat like ice cream or two cookies.
He responds with: Well i guess you would gain less weight if you gave up the treat right?

but I will not be giving that up!

yeah ladies, I really thought I was going to get a pat on the back b/c I thought 15 lbs was good and my diet has been so healthy! Guess not!

Last night, just to spite him. I ate TWO Pep. Farm cookies and smooshed a scoop of brown sugar ice cream in the middle! That'll show HIM!

I say if you have 5 fruits in one day, and only 1 treat at night...give up the fruit. It balances out!
