I had a horrible dream last night
That I lost Alex. It was one of the most traumatic dreams of my life - I was crying the whole time in my dream and just so upset. It's still soooooo vivid in my mind and I can't shake it

I've had them too.
Absolutely devastating to have. While it's a relief to wake up & realize it's a dream, the possiblity lingers. Hard to shake those dreams.

I've also had them. They have really shaken me to my core and I've had "flashbacks" for a few days. Hope it passes quickly and wishing you "sweet dreams" tonight.
