i had a strange dream last night....NPR
I thought there were spiders crawling all over me and woke up screaming, i scared the cr@p out of my husband and dogs...I was screaming bloody murder DH said....

i have those once in a blue moon...i wake up screaming like i'm being killed. It's called night terrors....but i don't have them frequently enough to 'do something about them' according to the doc.
i get them whenever i go to bed 'anxious' or 'nervous' - it's why i no longer watch horror movies if i can't take a sleeping pill....
i'm so sorry!!!!!!
