I had my 37 week Dr visit today and...
i am 50 % effaced and he felt the head. The dr said I can go at anytime, and that i am term.
I am excited and nervous at the same time as I dont know what to expect when I go into labor as alot of you.
Im getting there!!

YAY!
I don't think any of us know what to expect when that time comes. I know when that time comes for me I will be freaking out! We just have to have faith that we are biology prepared and our bodies know exactly what to do!

At my appt last Friday my cervix was thinning and the baby was head down...that is all I was told. I'll be 39 weeks this Friday - I hope I get news like yours!

we are almost there girls!!! i cant believe it. When the dr said " I feel the head" i was so excited.
I was told If you have swelling.. Keep your feet up for a few hrs at a time.. so I will try that. Remember it has to be above your heart for it to make you feel better.
