I had my first WW weigh-in...
and lost 5.4!! 
I really think it was mostly my shoes though... i wore my uggs the first time i weighed in and took my shoes off this time!! We'll see what happens next week...

yeah, i definitely broke into those today!! 
My weigh in day was yesterday, so at least i have the rest of the week to be good i guess...
