I had the BEST breakfast today...
Trader Joe's Low Fat French Toast 
DELISH!!! 4 points for 2 slices.. a dab of sugar free syrup.. which it honestly didn't even need... and 1 slice of jennie o turkey bacon for 1 point!
5 point breakfast and I still feel satisfied!

Really? I have a really weak stomach and the sugar free syrup doesn't bother me at all!!
Then again I honestly use a teaspoon if that...
But try the french toast even without the syrup.. it's THAT good!!

Just an FYI - it is 5 points for 2 slices (you have to double the NI for two servings and then calculate).
Anyway, I got some last night and had one slice with 3 scrambled egg whites with veggies and my breakfast was only 3 points. I baked it in the toaster oven and it was yummy!
