I HATE Bank of America
I have had this MBNA credit card for over 10 years!! NO PROBLEMS.
Bank of America takes over MBNA and now I can't do anything online for 2 days!!! I finally get someone on the phone, and get disconnected 5 times this morning!!!! After being on hold 45 minutes yestrday!!!

MBNA was a company out of Cleveland. It was owned by the Jacobs or Al Lerner (its been 6 yrs since I left Cleveland...cut me some slack, lol).
The man died and his family sold it to BOA. The Corporate man took it over and that's why the issues have started.
eta: not only are cardholders having major issues, clevelanders are out of jobs.

i had no problems with my BOA card until i changed my name. called and did it over the phone, fine, sure, no problems. until i tried to use the card. the charge was declined and i had to call and explain what i did. they put the charge through but i had to fax over my new license, ss card and a pay stub. to prove i was who i said i was.
i have no problem if this was done when i called the first time. but it was frustrating when it was over a week later.

I had trouble logging in yesterday but finally did
Im afraid now because I transferred 5000 from another card because MBNA was 0% until August 2007. I hope they hold up that offer or I will be angry!!
