That happened to me a couple of weeks ago when I had a cold. I actually got a slight nosebleed one day after a lot of blowing.  And I had never gotten one before! Not much you can do though... you need to breathe!

 I feel your pain!
No nose bleeding for me but I know that is very normal in pregnant women.
I've had a cold for 2 straight weeks now...none of the meds that OB said were ok to take have helped me at all. I've tried them all. I felt like I was starting to get a little better over the weekend...and woke up today feeling the worst I have since I got sick. Just not fun with being 33 weeks prego on top of it.
My head is congested as well as my chest so I am blowing my nose and coughing non-stop....I also think I pulled a muscle from coughing so much/so hard b/c I am in agony in the rib area anytime I cough.
Feel better!!!

Sorry you still aren't feeling well!
Have you tried a neti pot or something like that. I've heard such raves about it. I really need to go buy one myself...damn allergy season!

I have had quite a few nosebleeds throughout this pregnancy.
I am not enjoying the stuffiness and needing to blow my nose so much either.
Ugh...Feel Better!!!

I've been getting woken up with nosebleeds in the middle of the night when I never used to get nosebleeds before. I haven't had a cold or any congestion, guess all pregnancy related! But my doc says its normal so no worries here.
