I hate GHI!
My girls were denied the Synagis shot for RSV. I have been on the phone with different people I finally had to call GHI and speak to someone in the appeals department. Customer Service tells me they don't accept phone calls and don't even have a phone REALLY??? And that I need to write a letter and it will take 2-4 weeks for a decision to be reached. I am so pi$$ED!

I hate them too but for other reasons! Dealing with insurance is such a pain!

Were they preemies? I know for the fed govt BCBS, the cutoff is 32 weeks. After that they are denied the shot.
