All the time, which is partly why I'm leaving. I try to remember that karma comes around and eventually they'll get their due. They're a- holes who need to feel powerful to make up for their own insecurities and jealousies.

All the time! My boss especially!!! He's dumber than a box of rocks. But i've been here 14 years and don't want to change jobs, so i just grin and bear it and laugh at his stupidity!

That's kind of the scenario here too. But it still pizzes me off like you wouldn't believe.
I think part of it is that I haven't had a review or a raise in over two years, yet they keep adding things for me to do.

Ugh, that really stinks!! I work for a similar type of company. So I totally understand how frustrating it is.
You should really try to talk to your boss. Sometimes they are shocked when you finally defend yourself and will try to give you what you are looking for (raise).
I've found with my boss he just tries to take advantage of the situation for as long as he can, but when I say something, things change.
