I hate the DOE!!!!!! We had a little less then 50% of our students here today!
What a waste and a tone of teachers out as well!!!!!!

aw  That stinks.
Rich's district is just outside city lines, and he got the happy "we're closed!" call at 8pm last night.

each of my classes were missing at least 33% of the kids. a ton of teachers were out so I ended up with two coverages. I am exhausted now, but the extra $$ will come in handy!

The side streets were all horrible! There was nowhere to park. All my classes had like 18-20 kids out. And of course I got a coverage. Thanks Bloomberg!

Because I am the Literacy Coach, I only teach one class so I got 3 coverages! How great is that!
