I HATE the word "BIG"!
If one more person comes up to me and says "Wow, you've gotten big!" I am going to punch them out. I don;t knwo why but there is something about the word big that makes me think of fat. I feel that they can come up with a nicer way to say that my belly is growing. But do they have to call it BIG!!!!

I completely understand what you mean. A woman the other day asked me if I was having twins b/c she couldn't believe how "big" I was at only 4 mo. Some people are just rude.

I just heard through the grapevine (my mom, with whom I work) that two women who work in another dept were walking past my classroom and one commented to the other "well, she as gotten big hasn't she?" The other women said she didn't even know I was pg. I am almost 25 weeks, shouldn't I be showing something?

People are so ignorant sometimes... we are PREGNANT... HELLO!!! What the hell do they expect?
Alot of people have said that to me... especially when I go to the nail salon... they all feel the need to comment!! Meanwhile.. in person I am not big at all. My belly is actuallly smaller than alot of people I see (not that I really care). I went to the Dr. Mon and she said the baby is going to be very small.. but all is really well.
People really need to get a grip........
