I hate Yoga
I hate it, it hurts and its hard; but in the same breathe I see a difference in my arms and abs. My goodness it looks so easy but damn, its not.

I just started yoga and I love it! It is much harder than it looks. I keep thinking if I can get an awesome body like my instructor has, it will be worth it. Hang in there!
