I have 12 lbs of French Truffels... what can I make
These things are delicious but oh so fattening. I want to incorporate them into some holiday baking to get rid of them. What can I do with them?

ummm here's what I would do:
cut them up into mini bite size pieces, open mouth, insert truffle, chew and then

a nye fondue party, wrap them as gifts....stuff them in creme puffs,
melt and use glaze for creme puffs....
topping for sundaes...
I dk what else...thats alot of truffles
