Would you mind explaining a little about what the tea does? Does it help shorten cycles if they are a little bit on the long side?

The tea is supposed to strengthen and tone the uterus. It also contains vitamins and minerals. I don't think it's intended to shorten cycles.

Red Raspberry Leaf tea is also supposed to shorten the amount of hours you spend in labor, so are you sure you want to get rid of it?  People can't agree on whether to drink it in the first tri, but it's supposed to be great if you drink it in your third.
