I have a nanny that only comes once a week for 3 hours or so...what to give her for the holidays??
I want to give her cash, but I don't know how much to give her. She only comes once a week for about 3 hours. She charges $15 an hour....(expensive, but I trust her and that is priceless).
How much should I give her? She has only been watching Madison since August or so....

I would give 1 or 2 day pay (so 3-6 hours).
