I have a question for the teachers

My DS told me today that a little girl at his table shows him her butt. I asked him if the teacher knew and he said she does it when she is at the other side of the room. (I know where he sits and he told me she does it when his teacher is by the green traffic light, which I know is across the room from his table) I questioned him about whether or not it was a I'll show you mine, you show me yours and he said it wasn't. I believe him and think she is just showing him hers. My question is should I wait and see if it happens again or should I let his teacher know? They are in kindergarten.

You need to let the teacher know tomorrow so she can keep an eye on the situation, mention it to her Mom etc...it's inappropriate and the teacher and parent need to get to the bottom of why it is happening

I would definitely let the teacher know. It might just be a phase, but it could also be a sign of something going on at home that is inappropriate if this little girl has no qualms being nude around others.

I had a similar situation in my class when I taught K. I was unaware of the situation because it happened in the bathroom. The mom told me right away. I think you should mention it to the teacher.
