I HAVE A QUESTION for those with a short cycle
is it harder to find your O day? I have a hard time since I have a 21-23 day cycle. What is the most effective way to find out. I am starting to hate those sticks.

I had 24-25 day cycles and the 1st month I used the OPKs and started testing on day 10 and got a + that day. If you have shorter cycles than that then I would start testing on day 7 or 8 just to make sure you don't miss your +

Yeah, I would imagine OPK's are the easiest way. I would start testing on day7. Good Luck, let us know how it goes thi month!
