I have a question please?

My friend after a few years of trying to have a baby and almost dying from some of the fert. meds. still wants to have a child, but, her and her husband got divorced.

She has her own home, a great job, wonderful family and would make a great mom. She keeps saying that no agency will work with her and she is 41.

Can anyone here recommend an agency that will at least talk to her. She is willing to adopt from another country and she is not just looking for a baby.

Any help would be appreciated.

If she is open to adopting an older child, most places would be willing to work with her. Tell her to check out www.adoption.com to look at the requirements for each country. She will definitely be able to adopt.

My DH & I are over 41 and we are adopting from China....we anticipate a child no older than 13 months...your friend should not have any problems. I met a women on vacation 2 weeks ago who has a friend who is 43 and traveling to China next month to pick up the daughter they are adopting from there.

It can be done!
